Velour — Bucharest

Terms of use.

Here’s how we work together: straightforwardly, with no hidden clauses. Last updated: September 2026.

01 / Purpose

What this document covers.

We set out how you may use the Velour website and how we begin working together on strategy, visual identity and art direction. Use the site to find information and get in touch. You may not sell or copy its content, or present it as your own.

02 / Proposal and contract

From first conversation to signed contract.

Send us some context through the Contact page. We’ll come back with clear questions, followed by a written proposal outlining the scope, stages, timeline and price. We only work under a signed contract. We confirm any changes to the scope in writing before carrying them out.

03 / Rights and handover

Who owns what, and when.

We retain the rights to concepts until full payment is received. Once you’ve paid, you receive the rights set out in the contract, along with the final files and usage guide. We reserve the right to feature the project in our portfolio unless we agree to keep it confidential. You may only send us materials you have the right to use.

04 / Payments and pauses

Payments by stage, with no ambiguity.

We invoice in instalments tied to project stages: a deposit upon signing, interim payments, and the balance on handover. Our standard payment term is 14 days. If you pause the project, you pay for the stages delivered up to that point. If a delay is our fault, we’ll propose a revised schedule.

05 / Contact and governing law

Talk to us before making assumptions.

If any clause seems unclear, write to us and we’ll clarify it before you sign. Romanian law applies. For information about personal data, read our Privacy page. To request a proposal, go to the contact form.
